01 GTM systems / field notes / mountain miles
Trey
Harnden
I build practical AI systems for go-to-market teams, turn side-project ideas into working software, and keep a public record of what I learn along the way.
02 / The work
Systems should
move real work.
The through-line is simple: take a messy, repetitive process and turn it into something useful, inspectable, and easier to run again.
03 / The miles
Track the work.
Track the life.
Training is the longest-running system here: consistent inputs, honest outputs, and enough miles to make the trend visible.
TRAINING LOG / LIVE SNAPSHOT
Movement is part of the operating system.
The public training page keeps lifetime totals, recent activity, weekly volume, and running PRs in one place. Garmin records flow through the snapshot when available.
Open training log04 / Field notes
Build in public.
Leave a trail.
The journal and project pages are the index: what is active, what changed, and what was learned before the next pass.
Building AI-assisted Folloze GTM systems and public experiments.
Folloze GTM, Elevation Engine work, and side projects stay easy to reach.
Operating notes live in the public second brain.
Authenticated Strava training-log refresh captured on August 9, 2026. Recent activities, lifetime activity count, 2026 totals, and 30-day totals were refreshed from the live Strava activity log. All-time foot-mile totals, all-time run miles, all-time sport totals, and PRs remain the last verified fallback values because this pass stopped at the 2026 boundary instead of re-walking the full history.
